“These are my kids, not the government’s,” Dr. Rachael Ross, M.D./Ph.D., writes in an impassioned post that she shared on Facebook. A highly acclaimed medical doctor who comes from a family of medical doctors, Dr. Rachael Ross is known for her kindness, open-minded thinking, and honesty. Her bravery epitomizes the adage “when you know better you do better.”
Dr. Rachael Ross interviewed in Vaxxed
As she explained in an interview in the documentary film, Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe, Dr. Rachael graduated from medical school a staunch defender of the current CDC vaccination schedule. But she did not get any substantive training about vaccine safety or safe vaccination in medical school.
When she started practicing medicine she started learning that the schedule she was pushing on parents was problematic. This lead Dr. Rachael to educate herself. And she started to rethink her position on vaccines and mandatory vaccination.
The more she educated herself, the more she realized that our current schedule is not in the best interests of our children’s health. Then she went so far as to issue a heartfelt apology to her patients for her initial unwillingness to believe their stories of vaccine injury.
A heartfelt apology to patients
With what I now know, I cannot support mandatory vaccines for children,” Dr. Rachael Ross wrote in a post dated July 2016. “Some kids respond well to vaccines, but others do not. How can we be sure who will and who will not? Should we really sacrifice one for many? Parents have to have the right to choose! … to make their own informed decisions. Parents deserve access to this information which has been buried so deep that even I, a practicing physician, hadn’t been aware of.
“I apologize from the bottom of my heart to any children and parents that I have unknowingly harmed. I had no idea.”
Now Dr. Rachael Ross is again speaking out against mandatory vaccination and one-size-fits-all medicine. This time on her Facebook page, where she has over 37,000 followers.
Dr. Rachael Ross: I fight for their rights
Accompanied by a photograph of her adorable daughters looking at books, Dr. Rachael Ross writes:
It’s so important that I fight for their rights. There are sooo many of their rights (and mine too, but the fight is for them) that will dwindle if we don’t pay attention. The media paints the picture of them as dirty little virus prone mongrels that may kill grandmama if she touches them. It’s sad, and the claim is without scientific base.
They are precious, they are our future. They deserve everything! We should forever have the right as parents to decide alongside our physicians, whether or not a vaccine or shot is right for our kids. Nothing that you inject in me or them should be mandatory…no matter how afraid of corona or any other virus that you may be, it is your right as a parent to have direct input into your child’s health. These are my kids, not the government’s kids!
It is important that we note how afraid we feel, but that we don’t let that fear turn us into zombies that react to every news story we see by not using our critical thinking skills.
These next genocides will not be televised. They will not be ostentatious … not have public lynchings. [Instead,] they will … be subtle … they will be silent killers.
Pay attention to the laws that are trying to slide through as we remind the world that #BlackLivesMatter. Let’s not make this as easy as it has been in the past.
What is it billionaires don’t want us to know?
As I write about in this article, there is the widespread censorship on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media and web platforms happening right now. What is it multi-billionaires don’t want you to know? Why are they so afraid of the fact that medical professionals and researchers of all stars and stripes are sounding the alarm about over-vaccination, unsafe vaccine ingredients, and widespread vaccine injury?
This is not an “anti-vaccine” movement. This is a medical safety movement that champions evidence-based medicine over profit-based practices, seeks to protect consumers, and insists we hold vaccine manufacturers liable for faulty products.
“These are my kids, not the government’s.” Nailed it.
