Cornell’s summer college for high school students is a summer program for motivated, academically-oriented young people.
I’m part of the Cornell Alumni Ambassadors Network, which interviews high school students who are applying to Cornell to give them information about the school. I attended Cornell from 1986-1990. I ❤️ Cornell.
For high-achieving high school students going to a college to study for a summer is an excellent idea. One key factor in getting into a top rated college or university is how motivated a student is to go. Admissions committees are impressed with student who have been on campus for a summer program.
